Boardig & Leasing

LEASING

Leasing a horse is a great way to experience the joy of riding without the added expense and maintence of full horse ownership. We have two versatile options for those wanting to lease one of our horses.

Horse Legs

FULL LEASE

Our full horse lease program gives you exclusive use of a horse with one lesson a week. The Lessor is responsible for shoeing or trimming the horse, and annual shots. Under this program, the horse will NOT be used by anyone else, or for riding lessons, other than by the Lessor.

HALF LEASE

Our half lease program, the Lessor is responsible for shoeing or trimming the horse, and annual shots. Under a half lease program, the horse is NOT for exclusive use, and may be used for lessons when the Lessor is not using it.

Lessors are required to agree to and sign a leasing contract.

Please call Jan @ 252-908-7467 to arrange a leasing appointment for further details of this contract.
